Valve Ephemera: Osram Catalogues

This September 1947 data sheet uses a utility / technical image and is aimed at the replacement market.  Marketing text states that valves age over time - unless you buy long life Osram's - A Tonic to any set.

On to April 1952 and whilst keeping to the familiar blue and black colours, extra class is given by the use of subtle half-tone graduations.  The pink tinge is an artefact of the paper ageing.  The latest 6.3V miniature glass valves having pride of place.  Contains a list of seven germanium rectifiers.

Obviously cutting costs in this August 1954 edition of their data sheet.  Two spot colours (blue and black) with a very simple design using single direction lined half-tones.  Now ten germanium rectifiers.
